Hello everybody
The only experience of betting I have is being given 50p to bet on the Grand National as a kid. I'd like to bet on things like: the price of oil being $150 in six months time or Germany's credit rating will be lowered to CCC in 16 months time or Ron Paul will win the Republican nomination for the 2012 US presidential race. Basically, which bookies will take these kind of bets? I went to the new Labrookes on Corperation Street in Birmingham but the girl behind the counter didn't know what to do. I've posted this question on a few others forums to get a general idea of the best bookies to use so I hope nobody takes offence.
regards

Betting on everything and anything.... Which bookies should I use?

Bookmakers do not want to embark on an adventure in which would not be much interested in such betting. The fact is that a few interested would not be enough to achieve a profit for the bookmaker. Moreover, these are events that could be known in advance to a specific group of people who could use it for enrichment through betting. Of course that bookies do not want to engage in such risk. William Hill sometimes offers a similar bets.
