Barnsley has a full fit squad to choose and the only negative fact is that this will be the third league game they will play this week. Due to that, and near the kick-off, the coach Hill may rotate a couple of players. One of them could be the defender James McEveley, who got injured in the last game and is still doubtful to play today.
Barnsley will try to get his fifth consecutive league win. They are in a impressive moment, climbing in the table and at the moment they are already just three points behind the play-off zone, in the ninth place.
In the visitors side, the moment is really different, as they are coming from seven consecutive league defeats. They are now well close to the relegation zone, and only the difference goal makes them be in the safe zone.
To this game, Ipswich won't count with their captain Grant Leadbiter neither with Ivar Ingimarsson, who sustained a broken nose in a training session. But Ipswich has the return of Ibrahima Sonko, who is back from injury in time to play today.
