On their 2nd game of the season, Indiana (2-3) pulled off a surprising win over the defending champs and made a statement. Boston was "cold" and practicly gave that win away and two wins and three losses isn't exactly the record that would encourage me to put my money on the Pacers. Ok, they faced tough opponents (Detroit, Phoenix, Cleveland) at the beggining of this season, but I still don't trust them too much and I'll wait untill they prove me wrong. R. Nesterovic is dealing with a sprained right ankle and could miss today's match.
Oklahoma City (1-5) is in even worse situaition than Indiana and they're coming off a back-to-back loss against Atlanta (85-89) at home. They were playing good, but they lost the game in the last minutes of the game. They still lack experience and they showed that in last night's game. They lost C. Wilcox due to a sprained right knee and will probably miss tonight's game. I think Thunder can keep it close or at least not loose by a double digit margin. |
